Beyond Homecare LLC

Beyond Homecare is set up with all the benefits of a fully functioning home health agency, but has qualities of independent caregivers. We use our own algorithm to match caregivers and individuals as much as possible to promote longevity and continuity of care. We set up meet & greets between our providers and individuals in the process of building their personal care team. Everyone has a primary caregiver or sometimes caregivers, depending on the amount of hours needed, and then alternates are introduced as a back up to prevent a strange face from walking in the door in the instance the primary caregiver is unavailable. For example, when a caregiver requests a vacation day, our individuals are able to log into the Family Room and request their favorite caregiver to cover that day and even see the availability of all the members of their care team..

Why Work for Us?

Our staff is made from all walks of life and ranges of experience. Currently, the average age of a provider is 55 years old, while this brings years of quality experience, it also presents a problem as our caregivers begin to retire. We are aging out and there are not nearly enough caregivers joining to take over fast enough. Beyond Homecare recruits in a broad fashion and introduces new staff to a field they didn't know they loved yet. Our recruiters look for a personality type that displays compassion and empathy and then provides the training and encouragement to foster growth once they begin. We have working relationships with high schools and JVS locations that allow us to introduce what we do to their graduates. We are also an American Red Cross training center. This brings through all types of potential staff to our door and it is a frequent occurrence they fall in love with what we do and want to become part of a great team. Beyond Homecare refrains from a large marketing budget as traditionally seen with any business, we instead put that money into our caregivers with the belief word of mouth from our own team and the ones they serve will bring our name to mind when home care is the topic of discussion.
