CLW (Empowering People, Inc.)
CLW opened in 2008 as a new opportunity to provide adult day services, including Day Habilitation, Vocational Services and CE services, for adults with developmental disabilities. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and well-structured working environment while embracing a person-centered philosophy. We currently operate 13 fully functioning locations throughout Ohio. Services at each location are individually tailored to meet the needs of our participants including transportation services.
CLW provides hope and motivation, as well as social and life skills, to people with developmental disabilities, so they can reach their maximum potential, becoming active and productive members of our community.

CLW offers only day shift work schedules (7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.), Monday through Friday, NO WEEKENDS and NO ON-CALL.
