To assist intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals gain the experience and tools necessary for as independent and self-directed a lifestyle as possible, and to join hands in support with their families, through dedicated care, professional support and a multitude of services to meet each person’s needs.

We currently have full-time and part-time positions available with flexible schedules. Our comprehensive paid training program is second to none and will prepare you for success in your new career.

What We're Looking For:
*Must be at least 18 years of age
*No prior experience needed.
*Must have a HS diploma/GED
*Must have less than 6 points on current driving record
*Must be able to pass background check
*Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
*Must have good verbal and written communication skills
*Must be personable and able to work cooperatively as a team member
*Must be able to cope with stressful situations in a professional manner
*Must have a genuine interest in working with people who have developmental disabilities
*Must be willing to assist Individuals with daily activities and living skills
