St. Joseph Home

St. Joseph Home is an ICF/IDD, or Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities, licensed by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. In more practical terms, we’re a home much like your own, but with the equipment and skilled professionals needed to care for people with developmental disabilities who have complex support needs.
Together, our residents, respite guests, families, staff and volunteers form a community of mutually inspired individuals.
St. Joseph Home has served the unmet needs of society since 1873. The Home, a nonprofit ministry of the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati, was originally incorporated as Saint Joseph Infant and Maternity Home. Our history has always centered around compassionate care.
