LADD Inc.
LADD has been supporting adults with disabilities in the Cincinnati community since 1975. With services ranging from residential day-to-day supports and job coaching to building social skills and community housing assistance, we empower those we serve to live, work and connect.

Our Opportunities
There are currently full-time and Relief DSP positions available at LADD. Many people we support are working or at a day program during first shift, so our primary need is for staff who can work second shift or overnight on weekdays and/or weekends.
New Opportunity: Academy for DSP Trainer
We are looking for a Part-Time Trainer to lead quality trainings for employees and providers in our region. If your favorite part of your job is teaching and mentoring direct support staff, this role would be a perfect fit!
The schedule for the Trainer will be 20-22 hours per week; this position has standing training dates scheduled for the year which take place on weekdays, evenings and weekends and are generally a consistent schedule. Additional trainings may be scheduled based on the needs of Academy customer agencies. Ability to travel to training locations in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas is required.
