Creative Connections, LLC supports individuals with developmental disabilities living, learning, and working in their homes, neighborhoods and communities, through independence, empowerment and self-determination. Together, we make a difference in the lives of the people we support everyday.
Creative Connections, LLC is licensed by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD), and Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE).
