Our Opportunities

We are always looking for goal-driven and innovative candidates to help people with disabilities become more independent and self-sufficient. The different jobs we have at our company include:

Job Development - Job Developers support individuals with disabilities as they connect the dots to employment. Job Developers provide one-on-one service to link people with disabilities to integrated community employment. This includes getting people ready for employment, helping people find job opportunities, and helping employers fill their employment needs. Successful Job Developers are outgoing, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for seeing people achieve goals!

Job Coaching - Job Coaches learn the ins and outs of a variety of jobs throughout the surrounding areas and teach people the skills necessary for their success. Successful Job Coaches are talented trainers, ambitious, proficient on a computer, and have a passion for seeing people achieve goals! Job Coaches need to have excellent communication skills to work with several stakeholders in the hiring, onboarding and training process.

Community Inclusion Services - Our Community Consultants provide services at our Community Clubs. We are providing meaningful opportunities for the members to get involved in their community. Members try new things, make more choices, and will be further involved in activities and hobbies they enjoy. Our Community Consultants offer supports to make this level of inclusion and independence a reality. Successful Community Consultants are active community members and have a passion for seeing people achieve goals! Community Consultants need to have excellent communication skills.

Driving Services - We are a state of Ohio licensed driving school and are committed to helping people prepare for, obtain, or regain their driver's license. Our Driving Instructors ensure people have the knowledge and skills they will need to safely operate a motor vehicle. They are trained to provide individualized instruction when guiding people on the road to their independence and freedom.
