Necco Center is a children's residential center that serves boys who are dually diagnosed (they have an IQ of 75 or below, and have been diagnosed with an emotional/behavioral disorder) between the ages of 9-21.
Necco Center also offers an Ohio I/O Waiver program, Supported Living, which serves both males and females who receive a waiver from their county board of developmental disabilities.
Our Opportunities
Residential Skill Builder-Our Residential Skill Builders work on our campus that is located by Lake Vesuvius in the Wayne National Forest. Residential Skill Builders provide direct supervision to our residents, ensuring safety, while working with them on learning/developing coping skills, daily living skills, taking them on community outings, and more!
Supported Living Skill Builder-Our Supported Living Skill Builders work with individuals in the individuals home. They provide direct supervision, while also helping them learn/develop coping skills, daily living skills, and more! Supported Living Skill Builders are often doing things with those that we serve in the community, and focus on helping them to become as independent as possible.
