Siffrin is a non-profit service organization incorporated in 1976 and our purpose is to care and advocate for adults with disabilities. Siffrin has been CARF accredited for over 24 years; this is the highest level of accreditation. Siffrin takes pride in fostering a culture that is committed to the success of both our individuals and staff. We care about the growth of our individuals, our staff, and our community. We all lead by example every day!

Our Opportunities

Siffrin takes pride in our staff and we are proud to day the majority of our Department Directors and Managers were once Direct Support Professional's. There are advancement opportunities within the Siffrin organization. We have many positions to choose from such as Direct Support Professionals, Community Integration Specialist, Community Support Specialist, NMT Drivers, Bus Aides, and Employment Specialists in multiple locations throughout Northeastern Ohio.
