Community Assisted Living, Inc.
Community Assisted Living, Inc. is a privately owned social services organization that is certified through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. Founded in 2002, our agency strives to provide excellent residential support services that will enhance the lives of all individuals with developmental disabilities. We believe in teaching along with educating our consumers by providing them with the opportunity to exercise their decision-making skills.
Our mission is to provide superior quality support services based on person centered planning and self-advocacy. Community Assisted Living provides a broad range of residential support assistance to individuals with disabilities, so they may live as independently as possible in their own homes. In return, this will create a more happier and healthier community inclusion lifestyle for all individuals.
Our Opportunities
Community Assisted Living, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) for various positions within our agency. DSP’s are the foundation with leading the way for all individuals to actively participate in gainful and meaniful access to community events of their choice.
Employees are assigned to consumers according to the individual’s level of care. A person with critical needs may have up to two staff members assigned to him or her outlined in their Individual Service Plan. The goal here is to make sure that we are providing the highest level of care ensuring the person’s safety all while promoting self-determination.
