Threshold Residential Services, Inc.

Threshold Residential Services is a 501c3 providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Columbiana and Mahoning Counties. TRS began providing residential services in 1979 and expanded to adult day services in 2005. Beginning March 2017, TRS also began providing employment services to individuals in Columbiana and Mahoning Counties. The services offered at TRS have modernized within the last year, shifting to a community-based model. Community integration activities have been incorporated in the adult day programs and remote monitoring is available in the residential settings.

Our Opportunities

Threshold is hiring Direct Support Professionals to work in the East Liverpool, East Palestine, Lisbon, and Salem areas. Staff are needed to work afternoon and midnight shifts during the week and also on the weekends. Promotions are available for hard-working, reliable, and honest staff. We love nothing more than to promote from within.
