UCP of Greater Cleveland, founded in 1950, provides therapies to children and has a successful history of offering both residential and work support services to adults. Work support services include vocational habilitation, integrated employment, supported employment, adult day support, adaptive/assistive equipment services and residential supports for adults with disabilities. Our lifespan, truly individualized services offered by our experienced and caring staff are what set us apart.
The mission of the organization is to empower children and adults with disabilities to advance their independence, productivity and inclusion in the community. We are a client-centered agency that provides services with compassion, integrity and excellence in a collaborative manner.

Our Opportunities

• Direct Support Professional opportunities in Day Services in Westlake, Highland Hills and Cleveland, Monday—Friday, 1st shift.

• Direct Support Professional opportunities in a Group Home setting on the east and west side of Cleveland, full and part-time, all shifts.

• Direct Support Professional opportunities in a Job Training setting in Cleveland, Monday—Friday, 1st Shift.
