Duty of HOPE
Duty of H.O.P.E. began with a simple idea and mission: To establish and provide a self-sustaining environment for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our mission extends far beyond the acronym in our name…
Our duty is not just merely Helping Other People Everyday but to provide a positive, safe, secure, and nurturing environment for individuals with special needs where they can develop their unique abilities into meaningful job skills while building friendships, independence, and a sense of belonging and purpose.
SERVICES OFFERED
Person-centered services available through a home and community-based services waiver can help meet a person's needs. All waiver services provided to a person by way of Duty of H.O.P.E. must be medically necessary. For all services, an individual with developmental disabilities and their team will have the right to use the free choice of provider process to select a direct support professional. The services Duty of H.O.P.E. will offer are:
• Community Transition
• Homemaker/Personal Care
• Homemaker/Personal Care Transportation
• Non-Medical Transportation

Duty of HOPE has full time and part time opportunities in Franklin County, Ohio.
Why Work for Us?
Duty of HOPE provides competitive wages and also offers an incentives program for our DSPs.
This program awards the DSP $200 per month on top of their hourly rate. If a DSP refer a client with staff to the Agency, as long as the DSP remain with the Agency you (the DSP) will be rewarded for that client for the life of their time with Duty of Hope. What that means is if you bring 5 clients to Duty of Hope as long as you the DSP and the Client remain with the company you will receive up to $1,000 per month in addition to your hourly rate.
This maintains retention and gives us the ability to reward your hard work while we sharing company increases.
