RHDD
Come Join Our Team!!! RHDD is a private, not for profit organization specializing in providing support services for adults and children who have a developmental disability. Our Corporate site is located in Coshocton but our footprint is vast throughout Southeastern Ohio. As a CARF Accredited organization, we are highly efficient and focused on the Mission of RHDD.
Our Opportunities
RHDD offers advancement opportunities at all levels of the organization and will provide all of your required training. When we start the career journey with a new Direct Support Professional, we talk quite a bit about their interests and ambitions to see where they would be a good match within the organization. Based on that information, they are either trained to work in private homes to assist with all tasks that allow a person to live independently in their community, or within in one of our many Adult Day Services sites where Community Inclusion is a focus as well as Employment Services. Within either program, successful applicants will be mentored and supported throughout the training process until they are satisfied they are ready to work independently.
